:Well, from my use of the move in Explorers of sky, it always does 18. But without looking at the code, we can't sure. I don't think much more could be done to this article. The most significant part of it has to be the 'dex' that appeared under the MD1 learnset, which I'm removing and replacing with the MD2 learnset to make it easier to read.
