→‎Synopsis: I wrote this while watching the movie, so it should be accurate. I'll try and finish tomorrow.

-A mysterious meteorite is hurtling towards the earth, while another is heading toward the planet Origin. During the entry of the meteorite into the atmosphere, it almost wounds {{p|Rayquaza}}, the legendary sky guardian and the strongest dragon ever seen in the world. The meteorite crashes into a polar zone, revealing two egg-shaped sparkling objects. Just after the purple egg regenerates into a {{p|Deoxys}} and picks up its green companion (which has not regenerated), {{p|Rayquaza}} descends from the ozone layer to battle what it believes to be an invader. A battle ensues, destroying a nearby research site and traumatizing a young boy, scared by a stampede of {{p|Spheal}}, {{p|Sealeo}}, and {{p|Walrein}}. The purple {{p|Deoxys}} traps {{p|Rayquaza}} and is about to beat it, but it is distracted by some electrical charges coming from broken computers, giving {{p|Rayquaza}} a chance to escape and obliterate the purple {{p|Deoxys}} with its {{m|Hyper Beam}}. The purple {{p|Deoxys}} goes back to egg form and falls into the sea, while some researchers take the green egg with them. Deep beneath the surface, the injured {{p|Deoxys}} regenerates and prepares for the day it can search for its friend. The green egg somehow appears on Origin, somewhere in Hoenn.
+A young boy in one of the polar regions finds a group of {{p|Spheal}}, {{p|Sealeo}} and {{p|Walrein}}, when a meteor crashes down, frightening the Pokémon and making them run towards the sea, trapping the boy in the middle of them. His parents, part of a team of reserchers manage to save him, when a {{p|Deoxys}} appears from the middle of the crash site, having come to Earth on the meteor. However, {{p|Rayquaza}} sees this as an invasion of its territory and attacks. A battle starts between the two, destroying most of the equipment of the researchers. Rayquaza ends up blasting Deoxys to the bottom of the ocean. A green stone found at the crash site is taken back with the researchers on a helicopter.
-Four years later, Ash, May, Brock, and Max travel to Battle Tower. There they meet [[Tory]], a boy who is afraid of Pokémon because of psychological trauma that had ensued from the stampede caused by the battle between {{p|Deoxys}} and {{p|Rayquaza}}. [[Tory]] is found to be a loner. The purple {{p|Deoxys}}, which has fully healed, leaves to find the other green egg which Tory's parents are testing in a lab.
+Four years later, lasers are being fired by the researchers at the green stone, which starts to glow, but there is not enough power for it to do anything else. Meanwhile Deoxys has regenerated and bursts through the ice.
-In the Battle Tower, Ash mistakes [[Tory]] for a Pokémon Trainer and they battle together in a two-on-two combat against [[Rafe]] and [[Sid]], with [[Tory]] using {{p|Torkoal}} ({{OP|Ash|Torkoal}}). However, [[Tory]] does not know how to handle Ash's Torkoal and they lose disgracefully. Tory flees from the Tower and runs away, stopping to save a {{p|Minun}} which was trapped in an automatic trash can. Later on, Ash meets Tory's parents and they all have fun that night with their Pokémon, until they see a mysterious purple aurora, signaling the return of the purple {{p|Deoxys}}.

The city was filled with blocks of robots almost destroying {{p|Rayquaza}}, but with the help of green and purple {{p|Deoxys}}, they saved him.
+Ash and co. are greeted by a security robot and given passports. Some people save Ash from going the wrong way on a moving side walk, who introduce themselves as [[Sid]], [[Rafe]] and [[Rebecca]].

They then find themselves in the middle of a battle, where [[Tory]], the boy Ash was following, reveals he has no Pokémon. They are up against Sid and Rafe, so so Ash loans Tory his {{AP|Torkoal}}. They lose badly, and Tory runs off after his parents congratulate him on taking part in the battle. Then Rebecca tells Ash what happened four years ago, and that Tory is scared of Pokémon. Ash decides to try and help him overcome his fear. Tory, after freeing the Minun from earlier from a bin with a stick, goes into the gardens to meet with a strange green light.
