:::There's a difference between a vandal (i.e. someone who deliberately vandalizes pages to cause harm) and someone who is misinformed and not knowledgeable about things. Please don't assume everyone is a vandal when they create a poorly written page, when it is very likely they meant no harm. It looked like he created a spam page because all it said was "A master ball is a popular pokeball" it didn't look like it was an attempt to make an article. I always assume good faith maybe I judged the user poorly though.
