I am wondering if normal users are permitted to add the "Contents" box, as well as the "spoiler" box for the purpose of listing archives, to the top of their talk pages as you have done. Also, may I move old discussions to my archives per section, assuming they are complete, and that I only make a new archive page when the current one has filled up? Or am I to wait until my whole talk page has filled up itself, and then move all of the discussion content to a new archive? This is just to make sure. :Sure, you can make whatever you like to list your archives. As for moving old discussions, you should wait until your whole talk page fills up and move it (I saw that you copy and pasted yours, which wasn't the correct way to do it. Although, I suppose I'd need permission to move pages in order to accomplish this reasonably?
