:I think I made that same mistake, if this is the same as what happened to me, you need to choose which Pokémon is switched with which already fainted one. That is, you need to select a fainted Pokémon to switch with one that you are bringing out. Also happened to me in the triple battle .... ::Yep, same, happened to me. It's not a glitch, its just a really poor implementation. You choose a pokemon to switch out, then you choose the fainted pokemon to replace it with, then you send out the other pokemon.
