I was exploring Relic Castle and found a PP Max on the stair sequence that leads to the Earthquake TM. The first few floors from the bottom are normal tile floors, then the rest are covered with sand. I found it on the 2nd or 3rd floor covered in sand from the bottom, but didn't notice until later that it isn't listed on the page, so I didn't make a note of it at the time. I checked the official strategy guide, but this also did not make a mention of it, which I found odd.
