Shouldn't we perhaps divide the section into characters who are ''primarily'' Coordinators (May, Dawn, etc.) and those who have competed in Pokemon Contests but are primarily Trainers, Breeders, etc. (e.g. Ash, Brock)? And as others have said, we need to expand and include some Coordinators who are not main characters.
