I think that it should be more specific what it means by this. If I remember correctly it means you are not capped off at 100 EVs per stat, though I'm not completely sure. I just know that a friend of mine got confused by the page because he thought it meant you could reuse the item over and over, as in the item is not consumed after use. If anyone can provide a more accurate detailed description of what is meant by "they are not subject to a usage limit," it would be appreciated.[[User:Jas61292|Jas61292]] 05:16, 16 February 2011 (UTC) | |||
