:It's fairly obvious it's not Doubleslap. When a Pokémon uses Doubleslap (in the anime) they repeatedly hit the other Pokémon. When Chillarmy attacked it struck Oshawott twice with its tail with force. that matches the description of Sweep Slap. They haven't changed DoubleSlap's anime appearance in over 13 years so they aren't going to randomly do it for a new Pokémon.
