I was playing Pearl ver. and I managed to find a square with Feebas. The Lv ranges from 10-20, which is utterly, totally different from the L20-50 shown in this article. Of course I could change the Lv to 10-50 but due to the lack of data I cannot accurately determine if 10-20 also holds for Diamond/Platinum and/or if 20-50 also holds true for Pearl (i.e. 20-50 for the other 3 squares?) I've tried searching the levels elsewhere but there wasn't any satisfactory results.
