:That's kind of a silly statement. Air isn't less dense than air. :P Just cause it fills itself with air doesn't mean it'll fly. And ah, I only just got into the manga so I must have forgotten. But the manga also has some content not consistent with the game's data, and while Green's Jigglypuff/Wigglytuff may be able to fly, it's not stated in game that normal Jigglypuff can (sorta like how her ditto made her look like Sabrina when Ditto can't really transform into people). Now if it actually said in the Dex "It can float short distances" then it might be noteworthy.
