In my personal opinion, I don't think that saying this in the trivia section would be very practical. The trivia section is for interesting facts about the Pokémon, such as similarities with other Pokémon. (example:{{p|Electabuzz}} and {{p|Magmar}} being introduced in the [[Generation I|first generation]], gaining pre-evolutions in the [[Generation II|second generation]], and recieving evolutions in the [[Generation IV|fourth generation]]. This is a similarity that some people don't realize and I always found this fact interesting.) While I applaud your powers of observation (I completely missed the ring of feathers until I saw this post.) I don't think this should be added. Either way, the physiology section mentions a "petal-like arrangement of flowers on the back of its neck", anyway.
