It is located on the east side of [[Milonda Highway]] on [[Mitonga Island]]. There is a {{p|Tyranitar}} lithograph covering up a room in the ruins. The player can break the lithograph and gain access to the room by beating the [[Flame Temple]] leader's {{p|Tyranitar}} in a past mission.

On the player's first run through, the player travels with [[Blue Eye]] to trade her for the player's partner. At the very end, {{p|Entei}} is faced and the player will gain Entei's Ranger Sign when captured. After the trade, which is overseen by [[Red Eye]], some {{p|Electrode}} are dropped off.
