Second of all, after the game is released, we can add this, but I wouldn't mentioned national number until the game confirms what its national number is. ::The glitch Pokemon that a walk-anywhere cheat will give you if you encounter a wild Pokemon before obtaining a starter is always #000. Does that mean they will get Victini when they try that in generation V?
