:That was actually covered in the section right above this one.  As I said there, I was under the impression that JPGs were considered to be bad pictures all around for the purposes of Bulbapedia, and so I just slapped bad picture notices on any article that had a JPG.  I imagine that the ones that haven't been reverted really are bad.  <small>- ''unsigned comment from [[User:Missingno.
