Exbo: Difference between revisions

As a Cyndaquil, it partnered up with {{adv|Gold}} to fight {{adv|Silver}} when he stole [[Professor Elm]]'s {{TP|Silver|Totodile|Feraligatr}}, since Exbo wanted to reunite with its friend. Gold kept it afterwards and nicknamed it "Exbo" because his mom would always tell Gold that his bangs were exploding but that Cyndaquil's back actually explodes.

Exbo evolved into a Quilava at the Goldenrod Daycare Center when Gold had to battle several strong Pokémon there thinking it was training, but was really training for the Pokémon in the Daycare. While Gold initially didn't think the job was so great, Exbo's evolution changed his mind.  

[[Image:Exbo Quilava.png|thumb|right|150px|As a Quilava]]It joined its two comrades who had also evolved after its owner and {{adv|Silver}} had recovered from their defeat at the [[Lake of Rage]], soon evolved into its final stage, Typhlosion, battling Lugia at the Whirl Islands along with the two other starters, who also evolved. As a Typhlosion, it gave Gold the upper hand while fighting the [[Masked Man]] at the end of the GSC arc while Sunbo fueled its flames with its {{m|Sunny Day}} move.
