::::::If you pay attention closely during the battle during the wild Shimama, you can see that the rain effect doesn't show up between turns, meaning that they either changed the weather mechanics so that you aren't reminded every turn about the weather, or that (natural) rain doesn't have an effect on the actual battle (as opposed to rain from Drizzle or Rain Dance). Of course, even that's speculation. In any case, it's not confirmed that Mijumaru has Drizzle, so we shouldn't put it on the article yet.
