:It debuts in the Japanese set, so the Japanese set gets named UNLESS that particular card gets translated into English, then, the English set for that particular card is named. And for the levels, they are only there because it was the way the pages were named backed in the era of Happy Mask Man before Pie reformed the naming conventions for the TCG.
