I was able to tutor Sketch to Smeargle. | |||
Then I took Smeargle to fight ditto. With the ditto going first, it used transform and then the smeargle used sketch. | |||
The Smeargle learned transform from the ditto->smeargle. | |||
Possibly unrelated, before I tutored, eh smeargle knew false swipe. | |||
