:I believe it is any Pokémon that appears as a one-time capture, and you have to (re)battle the Elite Four in order to reset them. I know it works on Sudowoodo. On a similar note, I would like to know if its nature, IVs, etc. are reset when it reappears, particularly in regard to the roaming Pokémon.
