{{TCGTypes|tcg grass}}
The '''Grass type''' (Japanese: '''{{tt|草|くさ}}''' ''Grass'') is one of the nineeleven [[Elemental Types ({{TCG)|Type|TCG elemental types]]}}. It is represented by the color green, and symbolized by a cordate-shaped leaf.

The Grass type contains allmost {{t|PoisonGrass}}, {{t|Bug}},- and {{ttype|GrassBug}} Pokémon found in the Gamemain Boyseries video games. For example, {{p|Muk}}, {{p|BeedrillSceptile}} and {{p|SceptileBeedrill}} are allboth Grass types in the TCG.

Prior to the {{TCG|Diamond & Pearl}} set, the Grass type also contained all {{type|Poison}} Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, {{p|Muk}} and {{p|Weezing}} were Grass types in the TCG. However, {{type|Poison}} Pokémon are now {{TCG|Psychic}} type cards.

The corresponding {{DL|Energy card (TCG)|Basic Energy}} card is {{TCG|Grass Energy}}.
