Mtn otter is a user of pokémon Diamond and Emerald. They started in TwinLeaf Town and they starter was {{P|turtwig}} which evolved to {{P|grotle}} and later {{P|torterra}}.  They currently have two goals, to obtain every Pokémon possible, and to obtain an {{P|Arceus}} and bring it to the maximum level.  They are a devoted member of the Order of the Glitch. They are currently attempting to breed a {{shiny2}} {{P|eevee}}.
