Undo revision 3555380 by Landfish7 (talk) As removing comments can potentially be more harmful than not removing comments, when in doubt (as per the talk page policy), please be lenient and/or let staff make a judgment. In this particular case, I would assume there was arguably a good reason to revitalize these sections (even after years), i.e. to debunk/correct them.

:There are no exceptions to this rule. Just as long as the Pokemon was generated on a foreign game (so basically, no Lt Surge's Pikachu, or Meister's Magikarp), it'll work.
