Release information

This card was included in the Sword & Shield expansion with artwork by Megumi Mizutani, first released in the Japanese Sword expansion. A Cosmos Holofoil variant was available in the Spring 2020 Collector Chest released April 3, 2020. In Japan, it was reprinted as a S-P Promotional card and was one of nine possible cards included in special packs sent to Event Organizers in April 2020 for distribution in official events hosted by them. This print is numbered 050/S-P and features the Event Organizer logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration.

In Japan, two more S-P Promotional prints featuring the same artwork were available as part of the Lawson V Start Campaign, which began on August 28, 2020. Customers at participating Lawson stores who purchased at least three Pokémon TCG products in one transaction (including at least one V Starter Deck) would receive a special pack containing one of five possible cards.[1] The promotion ran for as long as stocks lasted. The print numbered 129/S-P is Holofoil and features the Lawson logo in the bottom right corner of the illustration, while the print numbered 131/S-P is Non Holofoil and lacks any additional logos.

The Sword & Shield print was reprinted, alongside a new print with artwork by Saya Tsuruta featuring the Shiny version of Sobble, in the Japanese Shiny Star V subset. The Shiny print was later included in the Shining Fates expansion. Another S-P Promotional print was released in Japan, this time Mirror Holofoil with the collection number 146/S-P and different artwork by Fuzichoco. This print was included in the Pokémon Center Kanazawa Open Commemoration Special Box, sold at Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, and on the Pokémon Center Online from November 20, 2020.
