This card was included in the Roaring Skies expansion, first released in the Japanese Emerald Break expansion. It was reprinted as a Mirror Reverse Holofoil in the Premium Champion Pack in Japan.

Trivia

Along with Kabuto from Fossil, and an older Shedinja from EX Dragon, this card has the fewest HP of any Stage 1 Pokémon in the TCG.
