Release information

This card was released in POP Series 9, originating as one of the Japanese DP-P Promotional cards. A Cracked Ice Reverse Holofoil print of the English card was released in August 2009 available in the Supreme Victors Two Pack Blisters. In Japan, this card was released as a Cosmos Holofoil as part of the Collection Challenge, a campaign that saw the release of several promotional cards through events during the Summer of 2008. This card was given to customers with the purchase of any eligible Pokémon software title at participating store chains and Pokémon Centers during July 2008. It was subsequently reprinted as a Non Holofoil in the Shaymin LV.X Collection Pack released in April 2009. Although the POP Series 9 was not released in French, there exists a French-exclusive Cosmos Holofoil version of the POP Series 9 print.

Trivia

Origin

Slam is a move in the Pokémon games that Raichu can learn, though only if Pikachu learned it before evolving. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Pearl.
