Entries
The entries for each Pokémon are in an easy-to-read page setup. A page may be devoted to one or two Pokémon. Regional forms are listed after their original counterpart. If a Pokémon has a Mega Evolution, it is listed immediately afterwards with its type, Pokédex entry, weight and height. If a Pokémon has a Gigantamax form, it is listed immediately afterwards with its Pokédex entry, weight and height.
Name
Each entry begins with the Pokémon's name and its species name in the top on a colored bar. Their National Pokédex number is listed next to the colored bar.
Information
Each Pokémon has the following information below its name:
- Type
- Description (based on its Pokédex entry)
- How to say it
- Imperial Height
- Imperial Weight
- Metric Height
- Metric Weight
- Gender
- Abilities
- Weaknesses
Image and other information
Unlike the predecessors, which use artwork from the animated series, each Pokémon now has Ken Sugimori's game artwork on its page. Legendary, Mythical Pokémon, Ultra Beasts and Paradox Pokémon are labelled as such in the colored bar and there is a glow around the Pokémon.
Evolution chain
At the very bottom of a Pokémon's entry is a diagram of its evolutionary line, including the Pokémon's Mega Evolution. Pokémon that do not evolve instead have the words "Does not evolve". A Pokémon that is on one side of a branched Evolution will show itself, and the Pokémon it evolved from, but not the other side of the branch.
Trivia
- Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus have their Abilities listed as "N/A", alluding to the lack of Abilities in said title.
Errors
- Hawlucha's National Pokédex number is mislabelled "0071" instead of "0701".
- Ursaluna retains Unfezant's Pokémon Shield entry.
