The two focal Pokémon are depicted on Pokémon V cards that have different artwork to like prints found in the Pokémon GO expansion. Both decks include supporting Energy cards and a selection of Trainer cards sourced from several Sword & Shield Series expansions. The V Battle Decks could be purchased individually or as a combined Pokémon GO V Battle Deck—Mewtwo vs. Melmetal kit.
