The book is broken up into 3 sections: characters, Pokémon, and kingdoms. Each of the Warlords have two dedicated pages, one with a full body artwork of them, and another with artwork of each of their in-game expression portraits including one of their Rank II outfit (or Rank I for Nobunaga and Hideyoshi) and some in-game screenshots. Each of the standard warriors also has their own portrait artwork.

For each Pokémon, the book includes their portrait artwork and their in-game sprites. In the kingdoms section, the book includes some information about the Ransei region, various art of characters and locations, and artwork of each of the different kingdoms of the region.
