The Pikachu figure is included in the Riptide one-player starter set and the Battle Starter two-player starter set. It is also one of four Pokémon figures with a chance of being included in the 2008 Spring Collector's Tins.

Trivia

On the official Pokémon TFG site this Pikachu figure had the following description:

"Everybody loves Pikachu! This Pokémon offers a mix of reliable attacks, with moderate speed. With very light Miss chances, the possibility of Dodge, as well as the Thunderbolt for 100, it's a good choice for any team."

Origin

Thunderbolt and ThunderShock are both moves in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn.
