Ortega (Japanese: オルティガ Ortiga) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Dachsbun. This pair can be obtained through a Poké Fair sync pair scout beginning on March 20, 2025. This pair can be raised to 6★ EX since it first released.

• Ortega & Dachsbun is the first Poké Fair-exclusive sync pair to be featured on two separate sync pair scouts on the day of their debut.
• Ortega & Dachsbun's EX role and superawakened passive skill creating Fairy Zone may be a reference to the Ruchbah Starmobile, which has the Ability Misty Surge.
• All versions of Ortega use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon) and victory with them. Those Trainers include Penny, Giacomo, Mela, Atticus, Eri, Clavell, and Bede.
