The Never-Melt Ice (Japanese: とけないこおり Never-Melting Ice), formatted NeverMeltIce prior to Generation VI, is a type of held item introduced in Generation II that boosts the power of Ice-type moves.

Other uses

In Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, if held by a nicknamed Regice in the party, along with Regirock and Registeel, allows to spawn Regigigas in Island Cave, except at night or before defeating/catching Groudon^OR/Kyogre^AS.
