Release information

This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Japanese MEGA Dream ex subset. The Regular print features artwork by AKIRA EGAWA, while the Full Art illustration rare print features artwork by Bun Toujo. The Regular print is included in the Ascended Heroes special expansion, while the illustration rare print was released as an MEP Black Star Promo in the Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Box on February 20, 2026; a second version with the Pokémon Center logo above the Retreat Cost was included in the Ascended Heroes Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box, released on the same day. In each release, the Regular print has two Mirror Holofoil variants featuring either a Dragon Energy symbol or a Poké Ball.

Origin

N uses a Zekrom in the final battle against him in Pokémon Black and the first battle against him in Pokémon Black 2. Shred is an attack that first appeared on Salamence from Dragon Vault. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Sword, but it can only be seen in Pokémon HOME. Dragonspiral Tower is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
