All four parts of this Pokémon were included as Regular cards and Character Secret Rare cards in the Japanese VMAX Climax subset. The Regular prints feature artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, while the Character Secret Rare prints feature artwork by Yuu Nishida. Packs containing this Pokémon would always come with all four parts of a particular print. All four Regular prints were later released outside Asia as SWSH Black Star Promos and were available in the Morpeko V-UNION Special Collection from April 8, 2022. These prints have the collection numbers SWSH215, SWSH216, SWSH217, and SWSH218. A composite Jumbo card was also included in the collection. The four Character Secret Rare prints were also released outside Asia as SWSH Black Star Promos and were available in the Crown Zenith Premium Playmat Collection—Morpeko V-UNION from April 14, 2023. These prints have the collection numbers SWSH287, SWSH288, SWSH289, and SWSH290. An oversized composite of these prints was similarly included in the collection.

This card features Morpeko in its Full Belly Mode. Electric Ball is an attack that first appeared on Eelektrik from Noble Victories. In the illustration of the SWSH Black Star Promo prints numbered SWSH215-SWSH218, Morpeko is using the move Aura Wheel. This card does not have Aura Wheel, but its Burst Wheel attack may be similar. Marnie is featured in the illustration of the SWSH Black Star Promo prints numbered SWSH287-SWSH290, who uses a Morpeko in all games in which she appears as an opponent. These prints also feature the Spikemuth Gym.
