Mollie's mother is a recurring character in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. She is the mother of Mollie, one of the members of the Rising Volt Tacklers, and an elderly Nurse Joy that works at Mochew City's Pokémon Center.
History
Mollie's mother was first referenced in Arboliva's Forest, where during a phone call, she insisted that Mollie return to helping her with the family business.
In The SOS is from Tandemaus?, Mollie referenced her again when she told Liko about her family.
Mollie's mother first appeared in person in The Pokémon Center Lady, after a night of work, she came to Mollie and told her how happy she was to have her around. When Mollie found out about the injured Pokémon in Woody Park, she was initially opposed to Mollie personally trying to resolve the situation, but as Mollie walked away, she looked on with pride at the person her daughter had become.
She reappeared during a flashback in We Are the Rising Volt Tacklers!, when Mollie revealed to her that she was leaving to re-join the Rising Volt Tacklers.

Blissey is Mollie's mother's only known Pokémon.
She reappeared during a flashback in We Are the Rising Volt Tacklers!, when Mollie revealed that she was leaving to rejoin the Rising Volt Tacklers.
