Release information

This card was included in the BREAKthrough expansion, first released in the Japanese Legendary Shine Collection. It was reprinted in the Generations expansion, originating from the Japanese BREAK Starter Pack. A special Holofoil variant of the Generations print with a Toys "R" Us stamp was given away at Toys "R" Us stores on April 2, 2016 in the United States and on August 20, 2016 in Canada. Another variant Holo print, this one featuring a stamp of the Pokémon 20th Anniversary logo, was given away at GAME stores in the United Kingdom and EB Games stores in Australia. The Australian promotion ran from September 2016 until supplies ran out, and customers could receive this card or Pikachu with the purchase of at least $20 worth of TCG products.
