Mega Lucario (Japanese: メガルカリオ Mega Lucario) is a playable Pokémon in Pokémon UNITE. It became available as a playable character on September 28, 2025.

Mega Lucario is an All-Rounder that functions similarly to the regular Lucario, however it specializes only in the Power-Up Punch and Close Combat move set, as they are the only moves it can learn. Both moves are greatly enhanced when Lucario Mega Evolves. It is also forced to hold the Lucarionite as a held item.

Description When the Pokémon is damaged by an opposing Pokémon, its Attack increases. This effect can stack up to 4 times.

As Mega Lucario	Adaptability てきおうりょく Adaptability
Description Attack increases each time a move hits opposing Pokémon. This effect can stack up to 10 times.

Description Becomes a boosted attack with every third attack, performing a combo attack with a bone. Deals damage to enemies in the area of effect and throws them.

Dash	Description
Has the user lunge forward at a speed that makes it almost invisible, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon it comes in contact with.

	Power-Up Punch グロウパンチ Grow Punch	Learned at Lv. 5 Cooldown: 7 seconds Upgrades into Power-Up Punch+ at Lv. 11
Melee	Description
Charges power before unleashing a powerful attack. While the user is charging power, its movement speed is decreased but its Attack slowly increases and the damage it receives is reduced. The user then charges in the designated direction and releases this move, dealing more damage the lower the opposing Pokémon's remaining HP is and making its own next basic attack a boosted attack if the move hits. This move's cooldown is reduced every time one of the user's moves hits. When the user Mega Evolves, it can charge power for a longer duration, deals increased damage to opposing Pokémon, and shoves them. Upgrade: The user becomes immune to hindrances while charging power.

Blasts forward with a punch like a comet, dealing damage to opposing Pokémon and shoving them.

Melee	Description
Unleashes a combo attack, dealing multiple blows to opposing Pokémon. When this move hits, it restores a certain amount of the user's HP. While using this move, the user becomes immune to hindrances. When the user Mega Evolves, it can deal more consecutive blows and change direction when attacking. If this move is used again, or if Power-Up Punch is used, this move can be canceled. This move's cooldown is reduced every time the user's moves hit. Upgrade: Increases damage dealt by this move.

Unite Move

	Aura Cannon フルフォースブラスト Full Force Blast	Learned at Lv. 9
Ranged	Description
Has the user deal damage to opposing Pokémon in the area of effect. After using this Unite Move, the user Mega Evolves.

Holowear

Mega Lucario shares the same Holowear as Lucario, however Holowear is not visible when Lucario Mega Evolves.
