Prerelease Tournaments for the first expansion of the Mega Evolution Series were hosted by locations in the Prerelease Program on the weekends of September 13-14 and 20-21, 2025. All paying entrants were given a Mega Evolution Build & Battle Box to use in the event, which was packaged with four Mega Evolution booster packs, a 40-card ready-to-play deck built around one of four possible MEP Black Star Promos, a deck-building tip sheet, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. Locations were permitted to sell additional boxes at events.

Mega Evolution Blisters
Mega Evolution was officially released on September 26, 2025 and its launch was accompanied by a variety of blister packs. Single Pack Blisters featured MEP Black Star Promos originating from the Japanese Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 9, while Three Pack Blisters featured Black Star Promos originating from the Japanese Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 10. The Premium Checklane and Stage 1 Blisters were packaged with straight reprints from the Journey Together expansion. Drifloon and Drifblim cards could be obtained from Single Pack Blisters; Psyduck and Golduck cards could be found in Three Pack Blisters; the evolutionary lines of Tyranitar and Meowscarada were included in Premium Checklane Blisters; and the evolutionary lines of Wailord and Lycanroc were included in Stage 1 Blisters. All varieties were packaged with a Pokémon Trading Card Game Live code card, and all except the Three Pack Blisters were packaged with a Jumbo MegaLucariocoin. The Single and Three Pack Blisters included promo cards printed on Smooth Cosmos Holofoil paper.
Mega Evolution Booster Display Boxes provided retailers with a method of selling individual Mega Evolution booster packs, as well as an option to sell boosters in bulk. Standard displays contained 36 packs, while half displays containing 18 packs were also available in European countries. Additionally, an Enhanced Booster Display Box was released, containing a bonus card of Bulbasaur with the Mega Evolution stamp. All three varieties were available from September 26, 2025.
The Mega Evolution Elite Trainer Boxes were released concurrently with the Mega Evolution expansion on September 26, 2025, featuring either MegaLucario or Mega Gardevoir. A single box came packaged with nine Mega Evolution booster packs, 65 card sleeves, 40 Basic Energy cards, a Mega Evolution Player's Guide, six damage counter dice, one competition-legal coin-flip die, one plastic coin, six dividers, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. ETBs also came with a full-art foil promo card of Riolu in Mega Lucario box or Alakazam in Mega Gardevoir box, which were previously released in the Mega Brave and Mega Symphonia expansions in Japan. The online Pokémon Center stores also sold exclusive Mega Evolution Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Boxes from the same day. Compared to the standard version, these boxes included two more Mega Evolution booster packs and an additional full-art foil promo card featuring either Riolu or Alakazam with a Pokémon Center logo stamp.
The Mega Evolution Mini Portfolio was released on September 26, 2025 and featured artwork of the Mega-evolved forms of Gardevoir, Lucario, Mawile and Absol on its covers. Each collector's album can display up to 60 cards and was packaged with a single Mega Evolution booster pack.

A set of five mini tins, as well as a display, were released on September 26, 2025 Each Mega Heroes Mini Tin featured a Mega-evolved Pokémon and contained two booster packs, a sticker, and a Pokémon art card. Each art card and sticker bears the same illustration as the tin it came in; the reverse of each art card also features Pokédex information of its focal Pokémon. Nine-pocket binders featuring MegaLucario and Mega Kangaskhan are able to display up to 252 cards. Mega Latias ex Box
The Mega Latias ex Box was released on October 10, 2025 and came with a foil regular-sized and a lenticular Jumbo-sized version of Black Star PromoMega Latias ex. The box also included four booster packs, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live. Each box usually contained two Destined Rivals packs and two Mega Evolution packs.
The 2025 edition of the Trainer's Toolkit became available for general sale on October 24, 2025. Each box included copies of Trainer cards including ACE SPEC cards from the Scarlet & Violet Series that had proved competitive staples, in addition to a direct reprint of Fezandipiti ex from the Shrouded Fable expansion. Together with the enclosed Deck Builder's Guide, this product could help experienced players improve their game. Toolkits were also packaged with four booster packs (two each of Destined Rivals and Mega Evolution, 65 card sleeves, six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, two Special Condition markers, and a Pokémon TCG Live code card. The 2025 edition of the product was classed as Play Level 3.
The first pairing of Mega Battle Decks was released on October 24, 2025. One of them focused on the Shadow Pokémon Gengar and was the international equivalent to the Japanese MEGA Starter Set Mega Gengar ex (TCG) product, which was released in Japan on September 5, 2025. The showcased Pokémon was the regular print from the Phantasmal Flames expansion. Each 60-card deck included a rules booklet, a double-sided playmat, a set of damage counters, a large metallic coin, a deck box, a strategy sheet, and a Pokémon Trading Card Game Live code card.
The second of the Mega Battle Decks released in October 2025 focused on the Jewel Pokémon Diancie and was the international equivalent to the Japanese MEGA Starter Set Mega Diancie ex (TCG) product, which was released in Japan on September 5, 2025. The showcased Pokémon was the regular print from the Phantasmal Flames expansion. Each 60-card deck included a rules booklet, a double-sided playmat, a set of damage counters, a large metallic coin, a deck box, a strategy sheet, and a Pokémon Trading Card Game Live code card.
The Mega Lucario ex Figure Collection was released on November 7, 2025 and spotlighted the Mega-evolved Aura Pokémon Lucario. Each box included two Mega Lucario ex promo cards from the MEP Black Star Promos set: one etched foil standard size card and one Jumbo card. The premium collection also came with a figure featuring Mega Lucario, five booster packs, typically two Mega Evolution, one Destined Rivals, one Journey Together and one Surging Sparks, plus a code for the Pokémon TCG Live.
The Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex League Battle Deck was released on November 7, 2025. Being classed as Play Level 3, this product was designed with higher-tier competitive play in mind. Each deck featured three copies of Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex, two copies of Team Rocket's Crobat ex, one copy of Scramble Switch, and many other tournament-tried cards. The deck was also furnished with a deck box, two condition markers, six damage-counter dice, a competition-legal coin-flip die, a strategy sheet, and a code card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live.
Retailers in the Play! Pokémon Prerelease Program held Prerelease Tournaments for the Phantasmal Flames expansion in the run-up to its launch. The first Knock Out Collection of the Mega Evolution Series was released on November 14, 2025. This collection focused on two Pokémon - Suicune or Kyogre and included a variant card and sticker sheet depicting the Legendary Pokémon. Each Knock Out Collection was also enclosed with two booster packs, typically one Twilight Masquerade and one Surging Sparks.
2026 Pokémon Latin America International Championships merchandise
On the weekend of November 21-23, 2025, the 2026 Pokémon Latin America International Championships were held in São Paulo, Brazil, at the Expo Center Norte. All competitors were given a welcome kit that included a cap, playmat, card sleeves, deck box and a pin featuring MegaVenusaur and the Championships' logo, a Brazilian Portuguese promo card and more. Players who reached the Top 8 placement and won the title of the Champion received an additional playmat with Mega Venusaur.

The Fall 2025 Collector Chest was released on December 5, 2025. The chest and its contents featured the Mega-Evolved forms of Gardevoir, Lucario, Latias, and Mawile. Contents included six booster packs from both the Mega Evolution Series and Scarlet & Violet Series (typically two Mega Evolution, two Destined Rivals, and two Journey Together), three Cosmos Holofoil variant cards from the Mega Evolution expansion, a coin featuring Mega Lucario, four sticker sheets, a mini portfolio, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live.
The eleventh series of Poké Ball Tins was released on December 5, 2025. Each display came with six tins, with a typical configuration of one Poké Ball Tin, one Great Ball Tin, one Ultra Ball Tin, one Premier Ball Tin, and two new Repeat Ball Tins. Each tin was packaged with three Scarlet & Violet Series booster packs (typically one each of Surging Sparks, Journey Together, and Destined Rivals) plus two sticker sheets.

On December 5, 2025 the Mega Kangaskhan ex Box was released. Each product included an etched foil Mega Kangaskhan ex MEP Black Star Promo, which featured alternate artwork to its initial Mega Evolution print, as well as a jumbo lenticular card with the same artwork. The collection also came with four booster packs from both the Mega Evolution Series and Scarlet & Violet Series (typically two each of Mega Evolution and Journey Together).
Another entry in the Premium Collection line was released on December 5, 2025 — the Mega Venusaur ex Premium Collection. Each product included an etched foil Mega Venusaur ex MEP Black Star Promo, which featured alternate artwork to its initial Mega Evolution print, as well as a jumbo lenticular card with the same artwork. The collection also came with eight booster packs from both the Mega Evolution Series and Scarlet & Violet Series (typically two of Mega Evolution and three each of Destined Rivals and Journey Together), one reusable tech sticker featuring Mega Venusaur, as well as a code card for use with Pokémon Trading Card Game Live.
The eighth series of Play! Pokémon Prize Packs began to be given out at qualified Play! Pokémon retailers from January 1, 2026. Cards in this collection were sourced from expansions ranging from Stellar Crown up to Mega Evolution, which were playable in the Standard format at the time. All featured the Play! Pokémon logo and some were printed exclusively as Cosmos Holofoils. Each Series Eight Prize Pack included six cards and had a wrap design featuring Garchomp, MegaGardevoir and Mega Absol.

The Raikou Two Pack Blister was released on January 1, 2026. The product came in two variants and each contained an exclusive Cosmos Holofoil variant of Regular Raikou from Mega Evolution, two booster packs, and a metallic Raikoucoin. Booster pack selections typically comprised one Mega Evolution and one Phantasmal Flames.
Among other products related to the Ascended Heroes released on January 30, 2026, one of them were the Ascended Heroes Tech Sticker Collections. Two different versions were released, featuring either MegaCharizard Y or Mega Gengar. Each blister was packaged with three Ascended Heroes booster packs, a promo card of either Charmander or Gastly, a corresponding large sticker for personalizing laptops, tablets or other tech devices, and a code card for Pokémon TCG Live.

On February 4, 2026, a merchandise collection featuring the Pokémon 30th Anniversary logo was released at the online Pokémon Center stores in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia in celebration of the upcoming anniversary of the Pokémon franchise. Among the available products was a double deck box featuring a deck box holder with magnetic closure, two deck boxes for 60 sleeved cards, and three dividers. The second product made available was a pack of 65 card sleeves.

On the weekend of February 13-15, 2026, the 2026 Pokémon Europe International Championships were held in ExCeL London, at Royal Victoria Dock. All competitors were given a welcome kit that included a cap, playmat, card sleeves, deck box and a pin featuring MegaCharizard X and the Championships' logo, a promo card and more. Players who reached the Top 8 placement and won the title of the Champion received an additional playmat with Mega Charizard X.
An on-site Pokémon Center store offered exclusive merchandise, requiring a reservation. The products available for sale included playmats, deck boxes, card sleeves, a plush card holder and various apparel.
The Ascended Heroes Collection was released on February 20, 2026. The product came in two variants and each contained a promo card of either Komala or Tangela, two Ascended Heroes booster packs, and a coin featuring either Larry or Erika.
In Europe, this product was released on January 30, 2026.

Several types of blister packs supplemented the release of Perfect Order on March 27, 2026. Single Pack and Three Pack Blisters featured MEP Black Star Promos originating from the Japanese Nihil Zero expansion. Unlike other Single and Three Pack Blisters, which came in two different versions with two different Pokémon each, these only have the one. The Premium Checklane Blisters and Stage 1 Blisters were packaged with straight reprints from the Mega Evolution expansion. Makuhita cards could be obtained from Single Pack Blisters; Chikorita cards could be found in Three Pack Blisters; the evolutionary lines of Meganium and Cinderace were included in Premium Checklane Blisters; and the evolutionary lines of Clawitzer and Steelix were included in Stage 1 Blisters. All varieties were packaged with a Pokémon Trading Card Game Live code card, and all except the Three Pack Blisters were packaged with a Jumbo Snorlaxcoin.
The Single and Three Pack Blisters included promo cards printed on Smooth Cosmos Holofoil paper.

The Pokémon World Championships were held in Anaheim, California, United States in 2025. To commemorate the event, four 2025 Pokémon World Championships Decks were made available from April 3, 2026, which replicated decks used by title contenders in the TCG competition. These included Masters champion Riley McKay's KSI's Gardevoir Deck, Seniors champion Liao Fu Guan's Joltdengo Deck, Juniors champion Yuya Okita's JP Raging Bolt Deck, and Juniors runner-up Jose Cruz Galiando-Resendiz's Pult Bomb Deck. The cards within each deck featured silver foil borders and competitor signatures, as well as a non-standard reverse with the 2025 Pokémon World Championships logo. Each deck was also packaged with a booklet about the competition, a playmat and poster, a Pokémon Trading Card Game Live code card, plus a 2025 Pokémon World Championships-themed pin, coin, and deck box.
The Mega Feraligatr ex Box was also released on April 24, 2026. It featured a promo card of Mega Feraligatr ex and a lenticular Jumbo version of the card. The box also came with four Ascended Heroes booster packs.
A new Premium Collection product was released on May 22, 2026 — the Mega Zygarde ex Premium Collection. Each product included a foil Mega Zygarde ex MEP Black Star Promo, which featured alternate artwork to its initial Perfect Order print, as well as a jumbo lenticular card with the same artwork. On the weekend of June 12-14, 2026, the 2026 Pokémon North America International Championships were held in New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. All competitors were given a welcome kit that included a cap, playmat, card sleeves, deck box and a pin featuring MegaBlastoise and the Championships' logo, a promo card and more. Players who reached the Top 8 placement and won the title of the Champion received an additional playmat with Mega Blastoise.
Following Rayquaza and Zygarde in Ultra PRO's line of Legendary Foil Playmats, the Mew Mythical Foil Playmat was made available in the first quarter of 2026. Ultra PRO Lillie and Clefairy accessories
Ultra PRO will release a new set of Pokémon accessories in 2026. The items feature key artwork of Lillie and Clefairy with a vibrant tropical beach background.
Deck boxes: Two variations of deck boxes were released, which could comfortably hold up to 100 double-sleeved cards. The 100+ Deck Box featured self-locking lid and included one matching deck divider. The Alcove Tower Deck Box featured a magnetic closure and dual thumb notches as well as a removable bottom compartment for dice or coins. It included a decorative charm of Lillie.

Playmat: The standard 24-inch (60.96 cm) playmat was manufactured with a fabric top and a non-slip rubber backing.

Sleeves: A set of deck protector sleeves was included in the range. Each pack included 65 sleeves.

Binders: Four different binders were released.
Lillie and Clefairy 4-Pocket Portfolio could hold up to 80 standard cards and 4 oversized cards.
Lillie and Clefairy 9-Pocket Portfolio could hold up to 180 cards.
Lillie and Clefairy 9-Pocket PRO-Binder could hold up to 360 cards and featured an elastic strap closure.
Lillie and Clefairy 2" Album could hold multiple 3-ring punched pages (sold separately).
