- I don't like the idea of a change. The one programmed is simple and to the point. "If you are a new user". There is no if about it. That's the only reason you should not be able to create pages. If the users would like to know they should read the policies that are provided on many areas of the site, including the welcome template. --Pokemaster97 01:49, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
