Debut EP038

(Japanese: マッチャシティ Matcha City) is an anime-exclusive location in Kanto. Located between the Safari Zone and Cinnabar Island, it is the setting of the worldwide banned episode EP038. Dr. Akihabara's laboratory is located in this city. This city was the site of the showdown between Team Ash and Team Rocket in the Pokémon Center's computer, although Nurse Joy thought it was merely Team Rocket's computer virus that caused the ruckus.
