Release information

This disk was awarded as a prize at the Full-Force Battle ~Legendary Pokémon Challenge!~ event held at the 47th Next Generation World Hobby Fair during winter 2018. The World Hobby Fair took place at the Nagoya Dome, Nagoya on January 21, 2018; at Makuhari Messe, Chiba on January 27 and 28, 2018; at the Fukuoka Yahuoku! Japan Dome, Fukuoka on February 4, 2018; and at the Kyocera Dome Osaka, Osaka on February 11, 2018.

Entrants were challenged to defeat Battle Leader Takade and one of his two possible teams of three Pokémon. Those who successfully defeated all three Pokémon could select to dispense a "WINNER" version of either this disk or a Solgaleo disk following the battle. Entrants who were not successful were awarded a non-winner version of either this disk or the Solgaleo disk at random. All participants were given a Z-Crystal for use with the Pokémon Z-Power Ring. Players achieving the 10 highest scores at this event were awarded a certificate and a mounted set of special black lamé versions of the Solgaleo and Lunala disks in a Perspex case.

More Full-Force Battle ~Legendary Pokémon Challenge!~ events were held at any participating store with a Pokémon Ga-Olé arcade machine between March 10 and 25, 2018. The format was the same as the winter 2018 World Hobby Fair events: entrants who successfully defeated all three opponent Pokémon could choose to dispense a "WINNER" version of either this disk or the Solgaleo disk. Entrants who were not successful were awarded a non-winner version of either this disk or the Solgaleo disk at random. The disks awarded at these events are colored gray instead of purple. All participants were given a Ga-Olé Pass sticker featuring Dusk Mane Necrozma. Players achieving the top score at each event were also awarded a slightly different certificate featuring "WINNER" and the Dash set 4 logo.
