List of Pokémon by Pokédex number in Pokémon Pokopia
This is a list of Pokémon in the order dictated by the Pokopia Pokédex. There are 300 numbered Pokémon in the main Pokopia Pokédex, all which are directly available in the game and required for Pokédex completion. There is also a separate Pokédex for Pokémon added through events, which has an independent list from this Pokédex. The Cloud Island Pokédex filled out when visiting Cloud Islands follows an identical list to the Pokédex used in the main game.

Trivia
- Due to an oversight, Spinarak was originally listed in this Pokédex as a pure Bug type; this was fixed in patch 1.0.2 on March 17, 2026.
- This is the first Pokédex to feature Kyogre without Groudon, Tatsugiri without Dondozo, and the Fidough line without the Maschiff and Greavard lines.
- At least one first partner Pokémon line from every generation appears in the Pokopia Pokédex.
- The trio of Kanto first partner Pokémon is the only one that is featured in its entirety.
- Wooper is the only Pokémon in the Pokopia Pokédex to appear as a regional form.
- Kleavor is the only Pokémon with an evolutionary relative in the Pokopia Pokédex that is not featured in it.
- Quagsire, Sirfetch'd, and Mr. Rime are a similar case, but they evolve from forms of Pokémon that are not in the Pokopia Pokédex (namely regular Wooper, Galarian Farfetch'd, and Galarian Mr. Mime).
- Klink does not appear in the Pokopia Pokédex, despite appearing as the icon for the Settings menu.
