Beginning in July 2011, VIZ Media began releasing volumes of the Black & White arc of the Pokémon Adventures manga created by 日下秀憲 Hidenori Kusaka and 山本サトシ Satoshi Yamamoto, using the title "Pokémon Black and White" and advertised as a "Pokémon Adventures special edition". As the rounds of the Black & White arc had not yet begun release in collected volume format in Japan, these releases are compiled directly from the original magazine publication of Pokémon Adventures. As a result, any changes that were made for the volume version are subsequently absent. VIZ Media later began releasing Volume 43 and onward, allowing readers the choice between the magazine and volume version of the manga, as in Japan. This is a list of these "Pokémon Black and White" volumes which were published with eight volumes before VIZ took a break for nearly a year, before beginning publication again with releasing the twelve remaining volumes until the twentieth and final volume was published in February 2015. This particular series of volumes has also been translated into Italian.
