Lava Dome Sanctum (Japanese: 火口の祠 Crater Shrine) is a cave located in the northeastern region of the Cobalt Coastlands of Hisui. It is located inside of the volcano of Firespit Island. Its entrance is situated next to the Molten Arena. It is home to the Legendary Pokémon Heatran.

Geography

The Lava Dome Sanctum is a large, spacious cavern nestled at the base of the volcano at the center of Firespit Island. The rock encompassing the cavern bears a deep red color, likely from the intense heat of the volcanic environment. Occasionally, Balls of Mud are produced within the cavern and settle on the ground.
