Release information

This disk was awarded as a participation prize at each Gather! Battle Tournament event held at any participating store with a Pokémon Ga-Olé arcade machine between November 10 and 25, 2018. Entrants were challenged to defeat Battle Leader Emako and her team of 4 Pokémon—those who successfully defeated her team could select to dispense a "WINNER" version of either this disk or a Groudon disk following the battle. Entrants who were not successful could dispense a non-winner version of either this disk or the Groudon disk at random. All participants were given a Holofoil Ga-Olé Pass sticker featuring Pikachu and Eevee. Players achieving the highest score at each event were also awarded a certificate.

Another Gather! Battle Tournament event was held at Toki Messe, Niigata on December 2, 2018 in conjunction with the Pokémon Trading Card Game Champion's League 2019 tournament. The format was the same as the previous event: entrants who successfully defeated all 4 opponent Pokémon could choose to dispense a "WINNER" version of either this disk or the Groudon disk. Entrants who were not successful were awarded a non-winner version of either this disk or the Groudon disk at random. The disks awarded at these events are a transparent purple color instead of gray.
