Release information

This card was included in the English Emerging Powers expansion. In Japan, it was released in the Movie Commemoration Value Pack, a promotional item available at 7-11's and Pokémon Centers on July 15, 2011, featuring an exclusive deck box, a Red Collection booster pack, and a booster pack from either White Collection or Black Collection. It was later re-released as one of four cards given out at random starting December 25, 2012 at 7 Eleven stores in Japan to those who purchased at least four booster packs of Dragon Blast, Dragon Blade, Freeze Bolt, Cold Flare, Plasma Gale, Spiral Force, or Thunder Knuckle.
