Kira (JN014)
Kira (Japanese: キーラ Keira) is a character of the day who appeared in Raid Battle in The Ruins!. She is a Pokémon Ranger.
Kira was first seen when Ash and Goh were wondering how to cross the hot sands of the Desert Resort, which were too hot to cross by foot. She gave them advice on the best way to get across, leading them to use their Pokémon to sled across the resort. Kira later saved Ash from a trap he inadvertently triggered while exploring the Colossus Ruins in the Desert Resort and joined Ash and Goh in exploring the ruins.
During the exploration, they came across two Cofagrigus, and based on their movements, Kira figured out that someone was trapped inside of them. Ash had Pikachu attack them, causing Shane Seeker and his Shiny Psyduck to be freed from them. Later, the group came across a room, solved a puzzle, and had to deal with a giant Golurk. Kira battled it alongside Ash, Goh, Shane Seeker, and the excavation leader in a Raid Battle, which ended when Goh caught Golurk. Continuing their exploration, they discovered a room filled with gold.
She reappeared in a flashback in Battling in the Freezing Raid!.

| Meditite is Kira's first known Pokémon. She used it to save Ash after he fell into a trap. It was later used to battle a giant Golurk in a Raid Battle, but it was soon defeated.
