Iron Thorns (Japanese: テツノイバラ Tetsunoibara) is a Lightning-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Temporal Forces expansion.

Release information
This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Japanese Cyber Judge expansion. The Regular print features artwork by Takeshi Nakamura, while the illustration rare print features artwork by Tonji Matsuno. The Regular card was included in the Temporal Forces expansion, with a Non Holofoil version also available in the Temporal Forces Build & Battle Box. The illustration rare print was made into an SVP Black Star Promo and was available in the Iron Leaves Temporal Forces Elite Trainer Box released March 22, 2024. A version with the Pokémon Center logo above the Retreat Cost was made available in the Iron Leaves Temporal Forces Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box from the same day.
In Japan, the Regular print was reprinted in the Terastal Fest ex subset and the Start Deck 100 Battle Collection. Outside Asia, a Cosmos Holofoil version of the Temporal Forces Regular print was made available in the Stellar Crown Premium Checklane Blisters from September 13, 2024.
