Release information

This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Mega Evolution expansion, first released in the Japanese Mega Symphonia expansion. The Regular print features artwork by akagi, while the Full Art illustration rare print features artwork by Ligton.

An MEP Black Star Promotional print of this card with new artwork by Kazumasa Yasukuni was one of the Prerelease promos for Mega Evolution, available in the Mega Evolution Build & Battle Box. A print with a gold foil "Staff" stamp was given to those overseeing Prerelease Tournaments.

Rulings

For the "Bring Down" attack:

• The target for the attack is whichever Pokémon (except for the one using the attack) has the least HP remaining on the in-play zone of both players. Bring Down may target 1 of the player's own Pokémon if the opponent's Pokémon all have more HP remaining than it.
• If there are multiple Pokémon in play that are tied for having the least HP remaining, the player chooses 1 of them to Knock Out.
• If the only valid target for the "Bring Down" attack has an effect on it that prevents any effects of attacks done to it (eg. having Mist Energy or Unown G attached), the target will not be Knocked Out and the "Bring Down" attack does nothing.

Bring Down is an attack that first appeared on Gardevoir LV.X from Secret Wonders. Water Shot is an attack that first appeared on Hisuian Basculegion from Lost Origin. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Scarlet.
