| The more the target's Speed is lowered, the more it powers up the user's moves.

Effect
The user's moves are powered up when the target's Speed has been lowered. For each stat rank their Speed has been lowered, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Hunter's Instinct does not affect sync moves or 
max moves.
